Manuscripts  are to be submitted electronically to the Director of Publication or the Editor-in-Chief (see editorial board section for email addresses). The manuscript must be typed on one side of paper in double spacing. The corresponding author's email address should appear on the manuscript. Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive the final latex style file.

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published before and that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else.

There will be no page charge for the journal.
